Emma’s deals with new enquries, complaints, holiday cover and the day to day maintenance of the relationship between Clients, Cleaners and Domestic Cleaning 4 U.

Emma has been with Domestic Cleaning 4U since 2004 initially she started as a cleaner and has a indepth knowledge of how the business runs.

Ali

Customer Services

Ali deals with urgent enquries and the day to day maintenance of the relationship between Clients, Cleaners and Domestic Cleaning 4 U.

Ali started with us in 2020 and has a his history of working in similar enviornments.

Kellie

Customer Services

Kellie deals with urgent enquries, and the day to day maintenance of the relationship between Clients, Cleaners and Domestic Cleaning 4 U.

Kellie started with us in 2020 and has a his history of working in similar enviornments and managing relationships.

THE CLEANERS

Our cleaners generally come to us with experience which we test however, if they have no experience they are trained in-house with another Cleaner. We have policies and procedures for our Cleaners which they will follow should they have no direct instruction from yourself.

All our cleaners are flexible and reliable and will adapt to your needs, therefore if you have particular needs and requirements please inform us when you book your cleaner and we will ensure they will accommodate. If you do not mind how the cleaner works then they will default to the polices and procedures we have put in place.
