We have Public Liability Insurance of up to £1,000,000.
You have the option of having a replacement Cleaner if yours is unavailable.
You will have the same Cleaner, day and time on each visit.
You will receive full agency support in terms of resolving any complaints, replacement cleaners or claims.
You will have the comfort of knowing that your home is being cleaned using your cleaning materials.
Cleaners are experienced or in-house trained with ongoing training.
Our Cleaners are all Risk Assessed and we have policies and procedures in place to protect you and them.
We have a dedicated Customer Care Assistant and Inspection Assistants.
