3 months ago I had an operation on my hand and will need another one eventually and without Monica it would have been so much harder.

I am writing to you to notify you of our request to cancel the cleaning service to Rainham, Essex.

I can confirm that we have been over the moon with your service and the service we receive from Ana on a weekly basis however we have decided to move home and out of the area and is why we are cancelling.

Ana is aware that our house was up for sale and sold and we have now been notified that we are due to exchange and complete in the next month. I will 100% be passing your details over to our buyer to pursue if they require.

Sharna… Like I said only has praise for her. Iris has said she is always on time, extremely polite, has a very happy nature and very thoughtful and aware of Iris age and deafness and accommodates her accordingly. She's settled in very well, works hard, does a good job and has shown good initiative recently - including taking the trouble to clean behind the fridge (never been done since before we moved in a year ago and we didn't ask her to) and today she found a way to fix a missing clip on the downstairs shower which secured the rubber seal.

Hi Catherine,

I just wanted to let you know that Maricica arrived with bang on time yesterday and did a great job, she was with us for 4 and a half hours and we're extremely pleased with the results. There was a lot of asks on our part so although not everything was possible in the time we are very happy (especially the bathroom which had been recently renovated).

I should mention that although I went through my checklist of cleaning equipment I totally forgot gloves, Maricica had her own with her thankfully but I did reimburse her for this. I do hope when we progress to a regular service Maricica is available for us.

I contacted domestic cleaning on Tuesday lunch time as I needed help with a very dirty house!!! Spoke to Catherine who was really helpful and explained all options and the best bit - she could send someone for 8 hours the next day. I was expecting "after the Easter holidays". From the moment I spoke to Catherine at C&D Cleaning Services I knew they were the right company to use. Not only are their prices very competitive but the friendly professional service they provide is second to none. I needed to get my mothers house spring cleaned as a one off service and was concerned of the quality and if the staff would make my mum feel comfortable in her own house. I had nothing to be concerned about. Once I had booked the service, I was sent a text confirming the name of the cleaner who would be providing the service (Denise) and also confirmation of the prices quoted over the phone. Denise turned up on the day and at the time quoted was friendly and polite, she was very thorough and professional. My mum felt very happy having in her house and at how good she was. I would highly recommend this team of cleaners for any domestic cleaning jobs, and know I would use them again if needed.

Apologies that it has taken me this long to email you after speaking with you last Friday. I just wanted to pass the following message onto Paula who has been instructed to clean for me twice a month.

I would like to say such a huge thank you for the excellent service she provided on her first assignment in my house, to say I was more than satisfied was an understatement - I was totally speechless when I got home from work late last week and found the house impeccably clean.

I have extremely high standards with regards to cleanliness in my home, and this sometimes is impossible to maintain whilst working full time and with a two year old son, but I can honestly say, after meeting Paula - she listened intently to all my requirements and she ensured they were all adhered to.
