You will be notified if your Cleaner is running late, ill or going on holiday.
Your clean can be moved or cancelled if requested . (Note: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel/move your clean or you will still be charged).
You can increase and decrease your hours to suit your needs (minimum requirement of 2 or 3 hours on each visit depending on location).
